1. Have a comprehensive understanding of the customer's usage environment and indicators, communicate with the engineer in detail when placing a production order, issue a production plan control sheet
2. Strictly control the source of raw materials, ensure the raw material has high quality, control the quality from the first step.
1. According to customers’ indicator requirement arrange sample customization first.
2. Testing sample quality, until it fully meets customer specifications and usage requirements.
3. Strictly production according to the samples that passed the test. Responsibility for each step of production is assigned to specific employees, make note of each production step.
